Cauliflower roasted with curry, tossed with herbs.  Served with bread, salad, cheese, and wine.  A lovely Spring dinner.

    Beautiful pictures! I just had roasted cauliflower yesterday – we love it. My husband and I eat it as though we are eating popcorn – we gobble it up :)
